Is Ambix a consulting firm? Depends on what you mean...

Do we provide a new, external perspective focused on a specific goal within a limited period of time? Yes. One of the first things we'll do in our initial conversation is define the boundaries: what are you trying to do (and what are you not looking for help with), how long do you want the process to take, and how much do you want to spend? If we don't think we can help you succeed within those parameters, we'll tell you up front.

Do we assign untested young talent to your project and hope a senior consultant will catch problems? No. We have the experience to handle the complex issues (and complex people!) that are the reason you called us in the first place.

Do we spend time thinking about how to provide just enough help to get you to the next milepost - so you can sign another contract with us? No. Our goal is to give you what you need now while at the same time building your capacity for new challenges.
